Small Update to v1.16

Good afternoon everyone,

I noticed today that the Display options control had a visual (rather than operational) bug; sometimes two options could appear active at once. I have fixed this in this update. Most of this program was written 15 years ago and I know that the program is very reliable, so these recent updates will be very minor.
