Liberator Released
Liberator » Devlog
Today I've released Liberator, my 3rd Amiga game from 1992. It's a shoot-em-up where the aim is to 'land' on the arrowed platforms to rescue people. It was mainly inspired by a C64 game called Panther, with the look of SWIV. Liberator is simple even by PD standards but it was a technical step-up for me; it had scrolling (I'd never done that before), an integrated music player, enemies which moved in complex patterns, and other things that none of my previous games had.
I've supplied the game in the original ADF file (your Amiga will need some fast ram), and a more complex RP9 file for second generator emulators.
Enjoy playing.
